RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Developing and implementing project phase plans in accordance with
best practice
* Identification and communication of risk and opportunity throughout
the project lifecycle with appropriate response
* Manage internal & external stakeholders including senior management,
politicians, renewables O&M, planners, local authorities & utilities
* Provision of insight in to optimised technology and site layout
* Take part in commercial negotiation with stakeholders
* Provision of frequent project status reporting
* Work with the CLO to ensure proactive community engagement
* Collaborate with renewables team to exchange ideas and encourage
innovation
* Assist with cash flow projections and project resourcing
* Provide input to due diligence for project acquisition
* Work with Solar Corporate Development Manager to help acquire
correct planning consents & amendments for optimal site development
* Manage pre-construction planning compliance and ensure planning
studies & assessment are carried out in coordination with planning
team
* Manage Grid Connection Agreements
Skills &
EXPERIENCE:
* 5 years**Apply on the website**; renewable and project development
experience
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or
related discipline
* Experience managing multiple projects and resources including
consultants & contractors
* Experience reviewing renewable contracts
* Understanding of planning process in NI & ROI
* Knowledge of solar technology
* Experience managing projects through development and construction
advantageous
* Comfortable liaising with and consulting community
* Familiarity with property agreements and negotiation
